These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by MOVE Studio, located at:

By booking a class or course, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

MOVE Studio offers group classes, courses and related activities focused on movement, wellbeing and community.

All bookings are handled via Eversports.

YOGA MERAN, PILATES MERAN, ZUMBA MERAN, GROUP FITNESS MERAN

3. Booking

Bookings are made through the Eversports platform.

Your booking is confirmed once completed via the system.

4. Cancellation Policy

Classes

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the class starts

  • After that, the full amount will be charged

    Courses

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 days before the course starts

  • After that, no refund is possible

5. Arrival & Participation

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts.

We kindly ask you to respect this timing to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Late arrivals may not be admitted.

6. Health & Responsibility

By participating in a class or course, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part.

Participation is at your own risk.

If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional beforehand.

7. Liability

MOVE Studio is not liable for injuries, damages or losses that occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

8. Changes & Cancellations by MOVE Studio

We reserve the right to:

  • change instructors

  • adjust schedules

  • cancel classes if necessary

In case of cancellation by MOVE Studio, alternative options or refunds will be provided.

9. Personal Belongings

MOVE Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

10. Respectful Environment

MOVE Studio is a space built on respect, openness and community.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who disrupts this environment.

11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
